Hi, I'm Steve Dancs, a personal trainer in Los Angeles with 30 years of experience training people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their fitness goals, be in their best physical shape, and feel good about themselves. I have worked with hundreds of people struggling with physique, health, and various fitness issues.

I am told I am in an excellent position to help you with your fitness struggle because I have been there myself. I draw inspiration from my own experiences, having once been out of shape and experiencing the low self-esteem it causes. My clients who manage to push through their barriers and achieve incredible transformations inspire me to keep doing what I do.

I consider myself lucky to receive mentorship from Michael Thurmond, celebrity fitness trainer and author of "6 Week Body Makeover" in the 80s. His example and teachings helped me to become the trainer I am today.

My holistic approach means that we don't only focus on cookie-cutter workout plans and fad diets. We create a well-rounded fitness plan that considers your current fitness level, lifestyle circumstances, and desired fitness goals.

Fitness By Steve aims to help people who are overweight, underweight, lack energy, have low confidence, low energy levels, and other health concerns. I take each client through personalized fat loss training, bodybuilding exercises, and beyond to find the unique solution they need to get results.

But it doesn't end there. Steve understands how expensive gym memberships can be, so many people stay away from active gym training sessions. Fitness by Steve sessions take place in a Gym called Bolder Fitness located in West Los Angeles. The access is already covered in your package. ​

That means, as a client, you do not have to pay for any gym membership to train with me. At the same time, you'll also have access to every training equipment you need to realize your fitness goals. In addition to the excellent logistics available, you'll also benefit from bespoke, personalized training and fitness solutions tailored to meet your individual needs.

This approach makes up for the massive gap in the market, with many people trying out various solutions that yield little to no results for them.
